Annie Jetton

Annie Marie Jetton went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 15, 2017 in Tyler, TX. One of 6 children, Marie was born on February 24, 1930 in Rosser, TX. A longtime resident of Maypearl Texas, Marie was a devoted member of First Baptist Church Maypearl.

Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Myrtle Moore; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Jetton Burris; and her beloved husband of 53 years, Farrar Bird Jetton.

She is survived by daughter, Linda Jetton Rains Gray and husband Troy of Kerrville; grandchildren, Christina Young and husband Stephen, Misty Moffitt and husband Cal, Doug Samples and wife Sharla, Johnathan Rains, and Dustin Rains and wife Rachel. Marie also had 6 great grandchildren, Alex, Cannon, Reese, Jett, Lincoln, and Deacon. She is also survived by one sister and many loving nieces and nephews.

Her family would like to thank the friends and church family from First Baptist Church Maypearl for their love, care, and support.

Visitation with the family will be at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie, TX, on Thursday, August 17th from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 18th at First Baptist Church of Maypearl, 5744 FM 66, Maypearl, TX 76064. Graveside services will be at Turtle Creek Cemetery on Saturday in Kerrville, TX. In lieu of flowers, Marie requested memorials be made to First Baptist Church Maypearl.
