Mrs. Gerron passed away Friday at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas. She was born in Waxahachie, Texas to Henry and Willie Fern (Hearron) Kelly. On March 08, 1959 Ann married the love of her life, Edsel Gerron and they remained married until Edsel passed away in December of 2000. Ann and Edsel had three wonderful children. Ann made it her life's goal to be a dedicated mother to her three girls, a wonderful grandmother to her six grandchildren a loving sister to her two brothers, and a very special Aunt to all of her nieces and nephews. Now, Ann has finally gone home once again to be with Edsel, the love of her life. Ann was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church in Waxahachie, Texas.

She is survived by her parents Henry and Willie Fern Kelly of Waxahachie, her mother in law: Zula Gerron of Ennis, Texas. 2 Daughters: Lori and her husband Scott Allred of Waxahachie and Leigh Ann Pierce of Waxahachie. 2 Brothers and Sisters in Law: Richard and Carol Kelly and Larry and Carol Kelly both of Waxahachie; 6 Grandchildren: Jordan Brock, Lyndi & Logan Ashely, Lauren and Dylan Allred and Landon Pierce. Numerous Nieces and Nephews and Friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edsel and 1 Daughter Lisa Ashley in 2004.

The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Tuesday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 2 PM on Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel with Joe Barrentine officiating. Pallbearers will be Buzz Adams, Mike Kelly, Richie Kelly, Christopher Kelly, Patrick Kelly, Steven Kelly and Rusty Koch. Interment will follow at the Waxahachie City Cemetery.
