Waxahachie - Ann M. Clapper, 93, a retired Library Assistant and Homemaker, died Friday, March 18, 2022, at a local rehabilitation center.
Funeral: 10:30 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Waxahachie on Monday March 28, Viewing followed by a Rosary will be from 5-7:00 pm at Wayne Boze Funeral Home on Sunday March 27. Burial will be at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas on April 7 at 11:00 am.
Ann M. Clapper was born in Forrest City, Pa., December 2, 1928. She was a Homemaker for her family when the children were young. In later years she worked as a Library Assistant with the Chenango Forks Central School system in Chenango Forks, N.Y. She retired from the school system.
Ann’s late husband Millard Clapper preceded her in death on June 29, 2002.
Survivors: daughter Mary Ellen Rabien and husband Dietrich of Waxahachie; sons Michael Clapper and wife Theresa of Moseley, Va., John Clapper and wife Allison of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; granddaughters, Kimberly Harper, Katrina Rabien, grandsons, Jason Harper, Daniel Clapper, David Clapper, Stephen Clapper, Jin Clapper; great grandson, Eli Clapper; great granddaughter, Liv Clapper
