Amy passed away Saturday at Baylor Medical Center Waxahachie. She was born in Canton, OH. to Amedius James and Linda Frances (Cooper) Hershberger. Amy graduated from high school in Canton, OH. She was the baby of her family. Amy was a loving person; she loved her children dearly.

She is survived by: her father, Amedius James Hershberger of Canton, OH.; husband, David Lara; sons, Dakota and Nicolas Lara all of Grandview; three brothers, James Lee Hershberger, Charles Anthony DePalmo and Clifford Morgan all of Canton, OH.; three sisters, Veronica Higgins and Sandy Courey both of Canton, OH. and Crystal Hughes and her husband James of Grandview.

The family will receive friends and relatives 7-9 PM Wednesday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be graveside services at 10 AM Thursday, January 29, 2004 at Maypearl Cemetery with Owen Cosgrove officiating.
