Alice Louise "Dolly" Hall passed away Sunday, April 26, 2009 at Baylor Hospital in Waxahachie following a brief illiness.
She was born at Italy, Texas, the fourth of ten children to Hick Malone and Mollie Shell Freeman. She married Hendricks Hall in the early 1930's. During World War II, she and Hendricks worked at North American Aviation in Grand Prairie and they later moved to Midland, Texas where Dolly was a draftsman in the Petroleum Industry. They moved back to Waxahachie in the 1970's.
Dolly was a member of the First United Methodist Church and The Art Club of Waxahachie.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three sisters, and three brothers
She is survived by two sisters, Betty O'Hagan of Dallas, Mickey Peary of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and a brother, Edward S. Freeman of Dallas and a host of Nieces and Nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, May 15, 2009, 2:00 P.M. in the Ada Pierce Chapel of
the First United Methodist Church. Rev. Buddy Freeman will officiate.
She donated her body to the Willed Body Program at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.
