Alan Jeffery Ogletree, 50 of Waxahachie, passed away Saturday, August 17, 2013 in Waxahachie. He was born to Charles R. & Renda L. Wood Ogletree on April 20, 1963 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Alan was a longtime member of N.A. Organization and worked for J. B. Leasing as a machinist. He will be dearly missed by his family and everyone who knew him and loved him. He is survived by his father and Step Mother: Charles & Bonnie Ogletree of Haltom City, Texas; 2 Sons: Adam Ogletree of Missouri and Jon Ogletree of Cahokia, Illinois; 1 Daughter: Kaysee Ogletree of Waxahachie; 1 Brother: Kevin Ogletree of Waxahachie 1 Sister: Rene Haines of Round Rock, Texas; Grandmother: Geraldine Wood of Wapanucka, Oklahoma and 4 grandchildren: Jason & Annika Ogletree, Rayan Cullen-Ogletree and Leo Lefeber; Alan was preceded in death by his mother & step father: Renda and Donald Horne. Services to celebrate his life are scheduled for 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church in Waxahachie. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
