Pete Borjas passed away Tuesday at the Baylor Medical Center, Waxahachie. He was born in Corpus Christi, TX. to Agapito T. Borjas, SR. and Elia DeLeon Borjas. He was a very honest and honorable man who loved camping, fishing and working on classic cars in his garage. Pete was a family man who loved his wife and children. One of Pete's attributes was he was willing to give everything he had so others wouldn't go without. A door greeter at Bethesda Church for many years, Pete's most important accomplishment was getting to know and love the Lord.

His survivors are: spouse, Eloisa Borjas; brothers, Danny Borjas, Jesse Borjas, and Rigoberto Borjas; sisters, Mellissa Borjas, Angie Garcia and Carmen Alvarado; son, Agapito Borjas III and his wife Monica; daughters, Frances Robles and her husband Jose, Sarah Acevedo and her husband Jose; granddaughters, Christine, Emily, Ariana and Caley Robles, and Aleena and Anaya Borjas; great grandson, Jeremiah.

The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Friday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of his Life will be 10 AM Saturday, September 12, 2009 in the Pat Boze Chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Rudy DeLeon officiating. Pallbearers will be Jesse Borjas, Danny Borjas, Rigoberto Borjas, Jose Robles, Jose Acevedo, Agapito Borjas III. Interment will be in the Waxahachie City Cemetery.
