Acie Williams February 2, 1940 October 27, 2010 Acie Williams, 70 of Waxahachie, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2010 in Waxahachie. He was born to the late Acie N. and Lillie Partlow Williams in Avalon on February 2, 1940. Acie loved to hunt, fish and play pool. He worked at the Appliance House in Waxahachie as a technician. He enjoyed spending time with his family and will be dearly missed. He is survived by his sisters, Wanda Rippey of Waxahachie, Mary Tadlock and her husband, Mack of Midlothian, Sallie Ross of DeSoto, and Lavon Humphries and her husband, Charles of Plano; his brother, James Williams and his wife, Jessie of Azle; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 4 sisters, Virginia Farmer, Ollie Tadlock, Vera Jeanette Wylie and LaRue Morgan. Services to celebrate his life are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 30, 2010 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home, Waxahachie with Chaplain Ted Brown officiating. Interment will follow at the Waxahachie City Cemetery.
