Aaron Wilkerson

Aaron Andrew Wilkerson, 38 of Dallas, Texas passed away Saturday, April 1, 2017 in Abilene, Texas. Aaron was born on April 21, 1978 in Dallas, Texas to William Andrew and Sharon Weemes Wilkerson. Aaron will be greatly missed by his peers in the music world and all who knew and loved him.

Aaron had a passion for music. Aaron, aka "Squirtdj", was one of Dallas' original junglists and was a huge influence on drum and bass culture. He was talented, hilarious and very well-liked across all of Dallas' music scenes.

Aaron is preceded in death by his father William "Andy" Andrew Wilkerson, his Grandmother Jane Weemes, and Grandparents Lawson and Ellen Wilkerson.

Aaron is survived by his mother Sharon Wilkerson of Red Oak, Texas, his sister Andrea Wilkerson of Arlington, Texas, his brother Adam Wilkerson of Red Oak, Texas, and grandfather Olen Weemes of Red Oak, Texas. He is also survived by his significant other Chalina Torres of Dallas, Texas.

Visitation with the family is scheduled for Friday April 7, 2017 from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home located at 1826 W. Hwy 287 Business Waxahachie, Texas.

Funeral Services to celebrate Aaron's life will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Red Oak Cemetery in Red Oak, Texas.
