Mr. Anderson passed away at his Red Oak residence early Tuesday morning. He was born in Dallas to A.J. and Roberta Margaret (Davis) Anderson. He was raised in the Oak Cliff area. A. J. had been self employed as AJ Home Improvements. He and Cheryl Deyo were married June 29, 1985 in Dallas. Mr. Anderson enjoyed going to the lake and fishing. He was a motorcycle enthusiast who enjoyed riding Harley's with his close friends. A. J. was a member of the Faith Temple Assembly of God of Oak Cliff.

His survivors include: his wife, Cheryl Anderson of Red Oak; mother, Roberta Margaret Davis of OK.; daughters, Tina Rocco of Irving, Tracey Anderson of Mineral Wells, Lori Anderson of Red Oak, Kari Wood and Dennis, also of Red Oak; brother and sister-in-law, Archie and Carolyn Anderson of Rockwall; sisters, Alice and Debbie; grandchildren, Gary Baker, Chrystal Baker, Matthew Choate, Amber Choate, Blake Wood and Hannah Wood; great grandchildren, Cloea Helton and Hailey Choate. He was preceded in death by his father.

A 3 PM Memorial Service is scheduled for Friday, July 28, 2006 in the Red Oak Funeral Home with Roy Johnson of Faith Temple Assembly of Oak Cliff officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Red Oak Funeral Home.
